- Place around 15g (per cup) of coarsely ground Colie coffee in the French Press.
- Add around 200 – 250g of water (per cup) just after boiling .
- Leave to brew for around 4 minutes.
- Gently stir the crust that forms for around 10 seconds and let the grinds fall to the bottom, then remove the remaining husks with a tablespoon.
- Gently plunge, ensuring you don’t disturb the grounds on the bottom, and pour into your favourite mug.
- Add milk to your taste (if you want) and enjoy!!
- Preheat your cup and place the filter paper in the cap and screw it onto the aeropress (we will use the non-inverted method).
- Place around 15g of medium/ finely ground Colie coffee in the aeropress.
- Place the aeropress facing downwards in the cup and pour around 60g of boiling water, or until you reach the number 1 on the side of the aeropress.
- Stir with the paddle for 15 seconds and then plunge into your favourite mug.
- Top up with around 100 – 150g of boiling water and around 50g of milk.
- Enjoy!!
- Fill the basket with medium/ finely ground Colie coffee and even it out gently with a knife (do not tamp it down).
- Fill the bottom with boiling water up to the bottom of the valve.
- Place the basket in and screw closed using a cool cloth.
- Place on the stove and leave it on medium to high heat until coffee starts pouring out the top.
- As soon as the top starts sputtering, remove from heat and place the bottom under cold water immediately.
- Pour into your favourite cup, add milk and boiling water to taste, and enjoy!!
